Explore events from all kinds of voices working to protect the planet and its people. Whether you are a host or an attendee, the events program is the primary way for communities and individuals to engage with Climate Week NYC.
For 2021, the events program is organized into ten themes: built environment, energy, industry, food, environmental justice, transport, finance, sustainable living, nature, and policy. The majority of Climate Week NYC 2021 events will be digital and open to a global audience. In 2020, Climate Week NYC was home to over 500 events held virtually from 20+ countries around the world. Some physical events, where possible, will take place in person in New York City.
From sustainable marketplaces of the future, to discussions about restoring seagrass in Bermuda, to hard-hitting panels about divesting from fossil fuels, to cooking shows focused on racial justice and food sovereignty—Climate Week NYC has it all.
